Editorial and Review Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
This policy explains the standard for product guidance, comparisons, datasets, and regulated-use discussions published on bleepthat.sh.
Product testing and scope
Workflow instructions are checked against the current browser and Studio implementations. Guidance distinguishes supported inputs, device constraints, account requirements, upload behavior, and known human-review steps. A passing automated check supports this work but does not replace an editorial review.
Primary sources
Claims about laws, standards, platform policies, and third-party products should link to the responsible agency, standards body, platform, or vendor. Volatile details such as prices and platform rules are dated or described without a frozen numerical claim.
High-stakes boundaries
Education, healthcare, privacy, legal, and monetization guidance states what the product can and cannot do. Bleep does not certify FERPA or HIPAA compliance, replace professional review, or detect every sensitive term. Platforms independently determine approval, reach, and revenue.
AI-assisted work
AI may help draft, compare, or inspect material. Publication responsibility remains with Bleep That Sh*t!. Factual claims, links, examples, and product instructions should be checked before publication; invented experience, quotations, credentials, and reviews are prohibited.
Updates and corrections
Articles display their original publication date and a modification date when substantively revised. Corrections should update the affected visible copy and structured data together. Readers can report a problem through the project issue tracker without sharing private media or personal information.
